Le Pech de l’Aze is situated 4kms from Sarlat and Carsac and is an entirely renovated (2009) stone house with fenced NF P90 306 swimming pool 8m x 4m and terrace with furnishings, sun beds and solar powered shower. There is a sheltered area on the ground floor with tables, chairs, barbecue, washing line. Gravelled courtyard. Cycle track 30m away.
Roland and Sylvie ARTUS will give you a warm welcome when you come for your relaxing stay in the Périgord.
Ground floor: Large room with fully equipped kitchen, dining room, lounge, television, laundry area with washing machine, tumble drier, ironing board.1 bathroom with Italian shower. 1wc. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 80cm beds, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 wc.
