Overview
At 11 km from Sarlat, Charlotte welcomes you to the rural setting and the flower farm du Brusquand founded by her great-grandmother Marie, taken over by her grandmother Ginette, and by her mother Isabelle....
A total of 4 generations of women (and some adorable husbands anyway), still in office, brave and smiling!
A family story: their production of geese and ducks and all derivatives (gizzards, foie gras, magrets, confits, preserves, etc..) has naturally led to imagine this beautiful bright and friendly place where they serve the Périgord specialties produced on site.
If you wish, you can visit the farm, buy local specialties or assist to force feeding by Ginette and Isabelle : a free demonstration takes place daily at 05:00 p.m.
